Nope, it's a male Eumerus sp.
Maybe something like E. nicobarensis or E. niveipes.
The problem is that it's a species group, so virtually impossible to tell from a picture, or even with a specimen in hand....
The person who maybe can tell you more is Maddin, let's see if he sees it...:-)
