Hi, I post this because it looks different from ost Limoniids I find. Maybe someone can name a subfamily, even genus. By brook, forest.

The genitalia are similar to that of Dicranomyia (Melanolimonia) sp.

Dicranomyia (Melanolimonia) caledonica Edwards, 1926, very widespread boreomontane species, cf. Geiger 1986c (Insecta Helvetica Fauna, Limoniinae, fig.158), Savchenko 1989d (Limoniidae fauna of the USSR, fig. 155-3)
