Hi, reasons may be:

File too big (in Kb)
File too big (nmore than 600x600)
Filename contains space or special characters.

Try again, having read the instructions in more depth about lower case and gaps!

This is another fly that no one commented on. Is the photo too poor to get anywhere near family/species?

Exorista female, larvarum or fasciata. (Tachinidae)
