Hi, there are a lot of these small dark winged Hybtidae sitting on Convallaria majalis leaves. Some kind of Bicellaria maybe ? May 16.2009 Helsinki, Finland.

It's not a hybotid but Rhamphomyia umbripennus (Empididae)
