Syrphus sp. (ribesii/vitripennis) are almost impossible to identify from picture.
One should see de trichosity of the basal wing cells and/or the colour of the stout short hairs on the 3th femur.

Oh God...baffled in my own language by a Belgian.
But here is a photo of part of the 3rd femur which might assist.

But if I look at the eyes, do eye ( ;) ) see short hairs there? Thát would make it Syrphus torvus, male.
