My first impression is Copromyza stercoraria, which is also the most common copromyzid fly in southern Finland at least in the netted or Malaise trap material I've seen.

Yes, so it is :) Thank You Kahis. I should have noticed the clear Y-mark on base of the abdomen. You just can't remember everything :|
