Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tiny Piophilidae...WAS Sepsidae

Found this little fly feeding on Sedum plant..I've only got Sepsis flavimana on my Checklist, none of which are in the Gallery for comparison.
Anyone confirm this as S.flavimana, or some other species?
EDIT
Please disregard the above guff..Black has rightly pointed out that this is Piophilidae, possibly Prochliza varipes. Size <2mm max. is correct, as is the plant it was on. Anyone else have any suggestions?

Regards Roger

Thanks Black
I've changed the heading..It does seem to match up to your suggestion of P varipes which isn't on my Checklist..again. The only one I have is Piophila vulgaris, whatever that looks like?
Reminder to myself; put brain in gear before naming flies in future posts. I knew it was Piophilidae, working too many night-shifts.
