Is this Agathomyia male? What sp could it be? forest, NE Hungary. Small, around 3 mm or less.

With mid leg chaetotaxy and genitalia shown in the pictures it looks more like A. antennata, too (although very typical gonopods sharply bent at 90 deg. to hypandrium are not clearly visible). A. vernalis, with 6 scutellar bristles difficult to detect without proper lighting, has very typical (and different) form of gonopods as well (see attached). Some bristles might be broken off though so decide yourself.
