Moscow region, 17 june, about 7mm.
This seria of 4 Syrphidae with large f3 I met during 30min in same 2 m2. I was only with camera, so flies not collected. My only hope - help of Diptera.info

I think, this is a species of Parhelophilus

maybe you already know, but this is for somebody who doesn' t know: Parhelophilus frutetorum;)
