Could this small fly be a dolichopodidae Sp. ?

Photographed on 13/06/06 in my garden in South East England

Hi Gordon,

Looks more like Seioptera vibrans (Ulidiidae).

Thankyou for the Id. It's a new family for me.

I really didn't have an idea of it's Id, but thought I had must have a try.
