Hello!
This fly was found on 20. March 2009 near Zaghuoan (Tunisia - very dry highlands).
Can someone help to identify this fly?

I think Platynochaetus setosus too.
I putted here some days ago some pics from this specie. I'm writting an article about it in my blog
