I don't think it is Ch. megacephala - it has whittish face, Ch. megacephala - yellow. Looks more like Ch.albiceps

I have the Afrotropical key in front of me.
There are several similar species.
I cannot get a 100 % ID, but albiceps looks the most likely outcome to me.

IN megacephala, the eyes are much bigger and moreover the upper facets are strongly enlarged. Moreover, the anterior spiracle is brown in megacephala, white here.
