Hi, any suggestions for this yellow fly. Pherbellia maybe ? 30.7.2007 Loviisa, Finland.

a female of Suillia sp.
What about the scutellum (?hairy) and mesonotum (?shiny). If sternite VI and VIIth are dark could be an interesting species.

There are four long spines and some very short black hairs on scutellum. I think You can say, that mesonotum is shiny and sternites VI nad VII are dark brown or least much darker than the others.

If the hairs on the scutellum are pale it could be S. bicolor (small costal spines are present)...
