This could be a Sciomyzidae but I do have some reservations about that. Anyone a better idea?

My guess would have been Dryomyzidae.
This fly is mostly present here during the very late autumn, winter and early spring. This is a small fly, maybe 6-7 mm at most.

Hm, I had not yet heared about Dryomyzidae woth such a striped mesonotum and more or less protruding, antennae. The ones I know are all rather sturdy flies with shortish antennae. I will check if the Manual of Palaearctic Diptera can tell us some more.

Ah, that changes everything. This is a calyptrate fly. Perhaps Muscidae.
