Hello!
Are these 4 mm larvae also from Mycetophilidae? Together with many
Proteinus ovalis beetles and larvae (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae) in a mushroom in our garden (northwest Germany) on first Christmas day.

No. I had read of that, but I thought that phenomenon would only occur in some tropical species?!?

Keroplatidae glowing species can be found from Portugal to Scandinavia.
Seemingly more genus does show glow display, like Platyura (Orfelia),etc... :)
