I photographed some of my Ceratopogonids stored in alcohol and made stack-images: this first one I think may be Dasyhelea sp male. Found on pine trees, botanic garden, Debrecen, Hungary, May 2008.

Hello! Thank you for some new photos of ceratopogonids :) These two males are Dasyhelea midges, the female - probably also Dasyhelea but I am not sure - diagnostic futures are not good visible. In future if you want to get more information about subgenus/species you should make photos of ventral side of male genitalia.
Regards!
