Is this a parasite of a Forficula?

Can anyone suggest anything?

Dermaptera parasite - Triarthria setipennis or Ocytata pallipes (Tachinidae)?

Do they protrude like this? I thought Tachinids always develop and pupate within their hosts.

I don't know about Ocytata, but Triarthria larvae leave the host when they are fully developed and pupate outside the host's body. Perhaps this one got stuck!
