Hi, this is a male Sciarid, I think Sciara. Found an image of the gonostylus of S. humeralis, I think this is very similar to that. These midges are very abundant where I live in Debrecen, found dozens of them on windows, mostly males, from Spring to Autumn.

Thank You, that was very quick right after I addd th photo of antenna:) I'm really happy to know this insect on species level!
