I also think that it might be a Sciomyzid, but I didn't be sure.
I have snails and slugs in the garden, so it is fortune to have Sciomyzidae too

It seems to me that it is rather Otitidae. May be Dorycera?

Uidiidae (= Otitidae) seems correct. Not sure about the genus, though, my available literature is not sufficient.

Thanks Paul for identification.
Than it is saprophagus fly. Nevertheless itr17;s better than some Pegomya on spinach.
