Hello!

Is more possible than Pollenia sp.? This 9 mm female from end November (northwest Germany) looked rather dark.

Sorry Juergen - females just aren't ever going to be possible from photos. This one is male btw, but I can't see enough to comment anyway ;)

Thanks! Now that you say it... I was too concentrated on some male Pollenias with even bigger eyes.
