Such a big name for such a small fly. Anyway apparently there are only 3 species in Europe so there must be a way to identify the one I have. It has a strange appearance to the vein R1 which looks as if it is broken, or has been broken by folding below and near where SC starts to turn up.

There is a review by Ozerov from 1986 in Zoologicheskii Zhurnal 65(5); 807-809 but it is in Russian

There is also the entry in CMPD Vol-3 pp 227-232. - if anybody has it this might be the best.
