Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Agromyzidae ???

Today in Belgium (Aywaille) my little girl (5 yo) took this picture of a little fly (max 2-3 mm) on a leaf of Fraxinus.
Is it an Agromyzidae ?

With some, but there are others that are extremely polyphagous.
