Small fly of 1,9 mm on sheepdung.
In rather wet meadow.
Apparently not a short first element of tars 3.
General apearence and wing looks like Sphaeroceridae.

Sphaeroceridae, indeed. Looks like
Leptocera or
Rachispoda.

Coproica Rondani, 1861?
Configur. of spines on Thorax resembles that of 'Coproica cf lugubris' in gallery very close.
