Hi All,
Anyone can identify what fly is this? ,at least family is alright for me!
Taken in Indonesia forest around 950 metre (above sea level), foot of Mt Merapi Volcano.

It almost looks as if it has been squashed and that part of the abdomen is compressed and eggs were forced out...

Thanks All,
I've checked my files and unfortunatelly there is no more photos on this fly, such as more focus on the abdomen.
That's going to be my additional checklist when I take photo.
