It's a female
Empis. Any further info might get you more than just a genus name.

not really can give you more info, but I took this photo in England (Southampton) during the spring on common Daisy. Length probably around 8mm.

Well, in that case it is very well possible that it reminds me of
Empis femorata. ;)
