On both pictures Opomyza species are shown, however not the same species. The species on the second picture has a dark band along the costal margin, which is absent in the species on the first picture.
The first one look like Opomyza florum. Vein R4+5 can be clouded in O. florum, which seems to be the case in your specimen. If there are distinct spots on vein R4+5 it could be O. punctata. This is not entirely clear in your picture, but I think it is O. florum.
I think the specimens in the second picture are specimens of O. germinationis (however I can't totally rule out they might be specimens of O. petrei).
