Took these pics of an fly today that was in my garden on a plant.
Is this a common fly?..can i have the ID of the species please.

I would guess
Musca autumnalis, and it appears to be two different specimens (top male, bottom female).

Yes i forgot to say there where to flies on that plant,took a pic of each.
