Magnification shows broad 5th tars-element.
As far as i can judge this species is not yet presented in diptera-gallery.

This is not a Coelopidae. I think it is a Scathophagidae.

After searching a little, I have a guess :
Ceratinostoma ostiorum. I hope somebody could confirm this.

Yes, I would agree. There is a very useful key to British Scathophagidae (with coloured illustrations) by Stuart Ball available on the Dipterists Forum website -
