It is Anthomyiidae.

One needs a lot more infomation Josef. For starters: arista bare or pubescent, length of prealar seta, number of apical ventral ssetae on hind tibia, etc.

As it is a female I doubt if one could identify it from a photo. If a male a ventral view of the end of abdomen would give a good idea (shape of 5th sternite. Almost all males can be recognized from a photo of the dissected genitalia.
