At least not Helina with such a long postero-dorsal bristle on hind tibia. I am not even sure it is a Muscidae, it could well be an Anthomyiidae (like Hydrophoria). Difficult to be more precise with these pictures...

not shure, tachinidae couln't be, helina not,
but i place more pics that showsthat those long hairs are on the legs and another pic with the lines in the wing,
hope on a genus

Are you sure there is not 2 different flies here ?
The fly above has got reddish femora and no dark pattern on abdomen, the second fly has got black femora and dark pattern.

escuse me stefan, you right there are 2 diffrent flies. i put 2 foto series in one map, thanks i separated the flies now,you are real good observing
can i be shure that both are tachinidae?

Definitely Not Tachinidae ! I think the first (just a guess) is indeed an Helina (Muscidae), the second one reminds me of Hydrophoria (Anthomyiidae). That's all I can say to help you...
