This seems to be a Xylophagus sp. The only Xylophagus sp for Hungary is kowarzi. Is this X. kowarzi?

Well it is either ater or kowarzi. The description fits better for ater, however, ater should have completely yellow legs save for the basal half of femora, if I am not mistaken. Unfortunately the legs are not very well visible in the key.
