Aprox. 8-10 mm. On Thymelaea hirsuta in semiarid scrubland. Lorca, S Spain. 400 masl. 24 September 2008.

That was my first impression as well. However, then it should be Stevenia, and I don't see any Stevenia bristle on the parafacialia. Moreover, the tarsi are distinctly flattened, as well shown in the pic, so it is a female Minthoini. Not Mintho, but an Minthodes or Pseudomintho.
