From yesterday night at our house (northwest Germany), length about 3 mm. Agromyzidae?

this isn't Agromyzidae, venations wings and bristles legs are not characteristic for family Agromyzidae.

The long, strong bristles on the shafts of the tibiae indicate that this is not an acalypterate - it's always a good thing to look for.;)
