Hi,
still in Comana Natural Park.
in the morning a trip on the water to photo birds (not very successfuly) and late afternoon a trip in the forest with several flies photographed/collected (much more collected).
i think this is from Anthomyzidae, very frequent right now.
size ~3mm, several specimens collected.
thanks for the help,
cosmln
[EDIT]: title updated, thanks Jorge

It depends on how many pairs of dorsocentral setae there are. If there are three (that is what I can see, anyway), then this would be
C. villosula. If it is two after all, then it is
C. persimilis.
