Looks like Pegomya bicolor in the gallery. Picture taken last week in my garden.

Probably is Pegomya bicolor male, but need to see the 5th sternite, or if there are 3 equally long dorsal apical setae on hind tibia.

I'm afraid the rest of the photo's I took of this one have been sent to the Recycle Bin(oops) :| as I have been having a bit of a tidy up. There is one you could ID for me which is currently wallowing on Page 28 (and falling) at the moment, posted on 24/09/. Nikita thought it may be one for you.
