No, it is Muscidae, genus Azelia.
Roger, are all images of the same fly?
Have you image with hindleg chaetotaxy?
So far, images 2,4 - Azelia cf. cilipes

Azelia is an uneasy object for photographer, due to the fact that this fly prefer the most shadowed sites or late evening activity or bad wheather :@
