the species was observed/collected on 7 August, Romania, Mehedinti County, Eselnita Valley, The Iron Gates Natural Park.

It seems to be Besseria (look at those genitalia)
Difficult genus, I'm not gonna speculate on a species.

well the specimen is collected...i should extract the genitalia or better send u the specimen?

I think for that genus you need someone like Theo or Peter Tschorsnig to look at it because it is notoriously difficult. I can try and I would enjoy the chance to see one - but I would have to rely on Theo's help too :D
