Superficially, looks like Platystoma tegularium Loew; this is my guess only; most of characters are not visible on the picture. The other guess might be P. lugubre, but in that case humeral calli must be reddish yellow; here they are certainly black.

I agree with Valery .. Platystoma tegularium Loew looks good.
