Did you find it in seaweed? Sanxenxo seems a great place for ephydrids, coelopids and maybe heterocheilids :P

with 3 strong marginal bristles on scutellum it is a Hecamede. The gena is very large too.the wing with a soft brownish hue in the veins. And it has 3 pairs of strong bristles on the face below the antennae, and a black circular dot between the upper bristles, that dot is barely visible in the first photo.
I wonder if H. albicans can have this colour.. I think this is the only species in Europe, not sure, though.
I believe this is H. albicans. But not sure. Waiting for Tony. :)

Try to spot the male, Andrade!!! it is more beige.. :)
