Hello
On a fresh morning near the lake Thun (CH), 560mNN, 30.04.2006, a lonely fly. Is it Chrysotoxum fasciatum? A little early, isn't it?

Hmm, yes early but you are quite right with the species!
However the correct name nowadays is Chrysotoxum arcuatum!
