I spotted this very tiny fly in last week in Silgueiros.

thanks, Jere! :) This was one of those chloropids that were sucking the symphyta larva.

Lasiosina sp. (Chloropidae, Chloropinae). It is nearly impossible to identify Lasiosina spp. to the species level without dissecting the male genitalia. In several species the antennae and palpi of females are of different colour (black) than in males.
