Hello Nikita,
Thanx btw for the discs with the literature! Ik like it very much!:D:D
This picture shows a male of Melangyna, not Eupeodes. I would say it is Melangyna lasiopthalma, but I hesitate because the spots on tergite 2 are a bit smaller than I am used to in lasiopthalma!
So male Melangyna cf lasiopthalma.

Thank you Gerard.
I discovered that both Melangyna and Eupeodes are Syrphini. This fact reduce a little bit my disappointment of my one more misID in Syrphidae family:D
