Hi,
is this again one of those flies that will end to a unit with "Siphona sp." label ?

No, (there's no long jointed proboscis and
Siphona spp. are not black) but it could end up in a box labelled "
Actia sp." :D Looks like there are hairs on r1, r4+5 (beyond r-m) and cu, which is fairly unusual in tachinids. Would be nice to know how much of r1 has hairs :)

Hi, I don't think this will help much :( I will take better photo tomorrow when I take the fly from acetone bath. Thank's Chris.

Chris is right, it is Actia. Shape of third antennal segment suggests male A. pilipennis
