This another microbombyliidae shot in semiarid scrubland in SE Spain at aprox. 700 masl in Lorca. It is aprox. 6-7 mm large.

btw why are you using the name "micro bombyliidae"? This is not a small species, microbombyliidae is used for the family Mythicomyiidae which really are small.

I guess I use micro because of ignorance. I am very new to this world. Actually a geologist.
