Hi, I tried to take photos of this mid-size dark Tachinidae but the model was not willing to co-operate with me. Result was only picture from one angle. Is there anything to tell of this fly? The place is the same that in picture of habitat in Cromya silacea thread. Loviisa southern Finland today.

Rhinophoridae has a long petiole, and very sharp bent in M vein. The case as you will see it is not so easy. ;) there are always exceptions. :) (almost)
