Hi,
Yesterday I found this tiny fly in my garden, sitting on a Sedum flower bud. The pics are not very good, but perhaps I can get a family name. Is it Sphaeroceridae? I am not sure whether wing venation is matching.
Thanks, Sundew

PS. There seems to be something attached to the abdomen... ?

Paul, you are fast! Great!! But what is the thing (or are they double?) hanging with a thin "stalk" on the abdomen?
