Hi there,

I took these images in Sweden (05-06-2008) in the surroundings of ?sthammar (Uppland) in cow dung. Is it one of the Lucilia species?

That is one chubby fly ! :o I don't think it is Lucilia, I think it is Neomyia.

Andr?, try to watch on your bigger original size pictures :
If there are 1 presut. ac and 3 postsut. dc, it is Neomyia cornicina.
If there is no presut. ac and 4 postsut. dc, it is Neomyia viridescens.

Thanks, this is Neomyia viridescens, less common than N. cornicina. ;)
