Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tipula or Ctenophora or?

Found this beauty in the garden a couple of days ago. I would guess its bodylenght to be about 20+mm. Looks kinda special, so I hope someone will recognize it.

I have a few more pictures if anything specific is needed. Would be very nice to get a species name for this one.
