Thread subject: Diptera.info :: another dolichopodidae. Poecilobothrus nobilitatus?

Sitting on flag irises (Iris pseudacorus) on edge of small pond in wooded area. Cheshire, England. 23rd June 2008. The closest match I could find in the gallery was female Poecilobothrus nobilitatus. Is this the correct ID?
