These, in my opinion, Muscidea sp. I recently photographed in my garden. Are they both Muscidae? If so, can they get a ful(ler) ID?

Yes, both are Muscidae.
1. Male of Mydaea, 90% M.urbana
2. Male Azelia cilipes/nebulosa
